KISUKARI ( DIABETES MELLITUS )

Kisukari ni miongoni mwa matatizo ya kiafya yanayowapata watu wengi .Tatizo hili linatokana na kuwepo kwa kiwango kikubwa cha sukari kwenye damu (Blood sugar) kuliko mahitaji ya mwili kwa wakati huo kutokana na kushindwa kwa mfumo wa urekebishaji kiwango cha sukari kwenye damu. Baadhi ya viungo vinavyohusika na urekebishaji sukari ni kama vile Kongosho (pancrease) na ini. Kuongezeka kwa sukari kwenye damu kunaweza sababishwa na aidha kongosho kushindwa kuzalisha homoni ya insulin inayosaidia kushusha kiwango cha sukari  (Type I Diabetes mellitus) au Tishu ya mwili kushindwa kuchukua insulinin ili kushusha sukari (Type II Diabetes mellitus).


                  AINA ZA KISUKARI

Kongosho
1.TYPE I DIABETES MELLITUS
  Aina hii ya kisukari hutokana na kongosho kushindwa kuzalisha hormone ya insulin kutokana na kuharibiwa kwa beta cells zinazozalisha hormone hii na kufanya mwili kushindwa kushusha kiwango cha sukari kwenye damu.


2.TYPE II DIABETES MELLITUS 
Aina hii ya kisukari  hutokea kutokana kushindwa kwa tishu za mwili kuchukua hormone ya insulin ili kushusha kiwango cha sukari (Tissue resistance). Hali hupelekea kongosho kuzalisha insulin kuliko uwezo wake ambapo mwishoni kongosho hushindwa kuzalisha insulin kabisa..
       Kuna sababu  mbalimbali zinazosababisha tatizo la kisukari kama inavyooneshwa hapa chini

SABABU ZINAZOWEZA KUPELEKEA KUPATA KISUKARI

                              1.Kuwa na uzito mkubwa kupita kiasi














   2.Sababu za  urithi. Tafiti zinaonesha kuwepo kwa genes ambazo hupelekea kongosho kushindwa kuzalisha insulin kwa watu wenye kisukari ambapo huweza kurithiwa kutoka kizazi kimoja kwenda kizazi kingine.

                   3.Magonjwa ya kongosho kama Pancreatitis

                                                        4.Kutumia kilevi.

  1.  Hakikisha uzito wa mwili wako hauwi mkubwa kwa kufanya mazoezi
  2. Epuka kula chakula kinachoongeza mafuta kupita kiasi
  3. Jenga mazoea ya kupunguza matumizi ya kilevi
  4. Nenda hospitali mara kwa mara kujua hali ya afya yako.
